Acceptable Use Policy

Conduct and content that are not permitted anywhere on the Platform.

1. Prohibited conduct

Vote manipulation of any kind, including bots, scripts, emulators, vote farms, incentivized duplicate voting and the purchase or sale of votes.

Creating multiple or false accounts, or using another person's identity, contact details or payment method.

Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading fundraising claims.

Interfering with the Platform: scraping at scale, penetration attempts without authorization, denial-of-service, bypassing rate limits or access controls, or probing other users' data.

Using the Platform for gambling, lotteries, raffles or regulated promotions without all required licences.

Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or funding of illegal activity.

2. Prohibited content

Content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm.

Personal information of others published without consent, and content that misrepresents an affiliation or endorsement.

3. Enforcement

Breaches may result in content removal, vote invalidation, withheld funds, competition suspension, account termination and referral to authorities. We may act without prior notice where risk is immediate.

4. Reporting

Report suspected abuse to support@voteforcause.com with the competition link and a description of the issue.
