Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessible design, current status, and how to report a barrier.

Version 2026-08-12 · Last updated August 12, 2026

This document is a structured draft prepared for review by qualified legal counsel. It has not been reviewed or approved by an attorney and does not constitute legal advice.

Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the public website, voting flow and organizer tools, and we treat accessibility defects as functional defects.

What we do

Semantic HTML and landmark structure; keyboard operability for all interactive controls; visible focus states; sufficient colour contrast in both themes; text alternatives for meaningful images; touch targets sized for one-handed mobile use; and layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

Some third-party components, including the embedded payment form, are provided by our payment partner and are outside our direct control. Complex analytics tables may be difficult to navigate with a screen reader on small screens; a simplified card view is provided.

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier, email support@voteforcause.com with the page and what happened. We aim to respond within [5] business days and to provide an alternative way to complete the task in the meantime.

This document is provided for transparency and for review by qualified legal counsel before production use. Bracketed placeholders indicate information that must be completed.
