How to report infringing content and how counter-notices are handled.

1. Notice of infringement

Send a written notice to legal@voteforcause.com (designated agent: [AGENT NAME], [NOTICE ADDRESS]) including: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material claimed to infringe; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your signature.

2. Our response

We may remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who posted it. Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.

3. Counter-notice

The person who posted the material may submit a counter-notice containing the material's identification and location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification, contact details, consent to jurisdiction, and a signature. We may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless court action is notified.
